Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipment Processing Time
● All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
● Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays, during
emergency situations, or in the event of natural disasters or calamities. In such
cases, a full refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.
● During peak periods, there may be slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we
will inform you via email or phone.
Delivery Estimates
● Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.*

Convenience Charges
● A convenience fee is applied for online payments as per third-party platform rates.
We currently use Razorpay, which charges 2% of the transaction amount plus GST.
This fee is charged solely by Razorpay for providing payment gateway services.
Delivery Charges
● A minimum delivery fee of Rs. 3 is applied to each order to support delivery costs.
● Each delivery costs us approximately Rs. 15, but we only charge a minimal Rs. 3
fee for customers.
Platform Fee
● We absorb a 2% platform fee for app services, which is currently waived to ensure
no additional cost to customers.
